Steam your skin, this is really simple and very effective at keeping your skin clean and acne free, all you need to do is boil some water and put it in a bowl, put a towel over your head and lean over the bowl, don't get too close to the water, its the steam that helps to cleanse your skin by opening up the pores, once the pores are open you can use a light natural cleanser or whatever cleanser you normally use to gently clean your face and when you are rinsing off your cleanser use cold water because cold water will tighten the pores again.  Use a moisturizer afterwards to keep your skin supple and soft.
