To become acne free you need to watch what you eat!  Eating healthily is great way to keep your skin looking clean and clear.  If you really want to get rid of your acne problem then you need to take a look at what you eat.  A healthy body will produce healthier skin cells and if you are not eating a proper diet that includes fresh fruit and vegetables then no matter what acne treatments you use, your skin will not improve as much as you want it to.

The first change you should make is to keep your skin hydrated both inside and out, your can hydrate your skin in two ways, the first is by drinking water every day and the second is by starting a proper moisturizing routine.  The type of moisturizer you use is important too, you need to choose one that is suitable for your skin type, if you have oily acne prone skin then you should not use a heavy oil based moisturizer and if you have dry skin then you could try using a light moisturizer specifically designed for dry skin.  If you do both these every day you will start to see an improvement in your skin quite soon and you are on your way to becoming acne free!
